Shipping policy
Once your order has been placed, and payment has been confirmed with us, we will aim to have your order dispatched in 3-4 working days. Our day to day running is a one person operation, and we will get orders out to you as fast as we can. Please allow a some extra time at peak times (Chirstmas, end of school term).
We are reliant on the postal system or shipping company to get your purchase to you. While we provide approximate delivery times, sometimes these are not met. We do have track and trace on our parcels so we'll be able to follow up if it hasn’t arrived within the expected time frames.
Our Deliveries
We use a variety of courier/shipping companies to provide delivery both domestically and internationally. If you would prefer to arrange collection and delivery yourself, this can be accommodated. However, once your goods leave our warehouse, we will consider this delivered to you. We will not be responsible for any damage, costs or delays incurred during its journey.
Depending on the size and weight of your package your shipping costs may vary. We endeavour to keep them as reasonable as possible while giving you a single payment method (at the cart).
We may also be able to offer a personal delivery service, within certain geographic areas, please enquire with us regarding this.
Delivery Time Frames
For deliveries within NZ with most items, we aim to have your order to you within 1-2 business day after dispatch.
Rural Deliveries take an extra 2-3 business days on top of this. This is imposed by our delivery partners and is out of our control.
We can arrange Saturday delivery in most urban areas, but this will cost extra. Please contact us to arrange Saturday delivery - we need to confirm it's possible at your location before we proceed.
If you need your order urgently, please contact us. We will do our best to get your item(s) to you as soon as we can.
For delivery Overseas, or for large/oversized items that require a quote we will get in touch with you once as part of your purchase.
Delivery Costs
If your items for delivery are large or oddly shaped, or fall outside of normal box shaped packages, we will contact you to confirm delivery costs. These are determined by our courier/shipping companies.
Delivery Accuracy
Orders placed via the website are more likely to be delivered on-time to the correct address as we have your details clearly recorded on the computer generated order form from prompted information supplied by you. We encourage all orders to be placed via the website however if this doesn't work for you, get in contact with us at enquiries@cmasnz.com and we'll get the information we need to ship to you via email.
