Ideal for practising throws, takedowns, submissions, and grappling techniques, this dummy has reinforced, laced stitching at the seams and stress points. Featuring posable arms for self-defense drills and submission maneuvers, its thick-cut vinyl provides maximum durability.

This 32 kg (70 lb) version is the lightest version available.  However, don't let this fool you. Because it is 'dead' weight it is a challenging training aid for both throwing and ground drills.

Other versions available are 40 kg (90 lb) and 55 kg (120 lb).
